Navigating a Career in Venture Capital as a Woman of Color

On Wednesday we introduced you to some of Kellogg School of Management’s new courses and electives for 2019-2020. Today we’d like to introduce you to Veronica Reaves, a first-year MBA who is pursuing a career in venture capital. As a woman of color, she’s extremely rare in the VC world (she notes that less than 3% of venture capital was awarded to women-led teams and only 1% to Black and LatinX founders).
