There’s Another Massive Gender Gap in Finance — But There’s Hope

Professors Mila Sherman (Isenberg SOM) and Heather Tookes (Yale SOM) write about the massive gender gap in finance academia at the top 100 business schools during 2009-2017. They found that women were published less often and appeared as co-authors less frequently than did their male counterparts. However, their findings point to hope for the future as more women are entering the field.
