The Warmth of Ramen

It’s Friday! Meet Yasu Sasago and Masato Nakamura (both HBS MBAs ’20) who have launched a start-up ramen shop in Boston! Their mission is to introduce the experience of authentic Japanese ramen, using carefully sourced ingredients, to audiences who have never had it, and scale it in much the same way that Benihana has done.
