She also served as an adjunct professor of marketing and communications at DePaul University and an executive coach at Fast Forward Group. In her time at Fast Forward Group she was the lead facilitator for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workshops.
Steve Thompson joined Kellogg in 2018 as the director of the Executive MBA Program at the Miami campus and led the team to grow cohort sizes, expand the campus, and return students back to in-person instruction during the pandemic. Prior to Kellogg, he served as the executive director of the full-time MBA program at IE Business School in Madrid, leading the program through change initiatives including a complete redesign of the MBA program.
Dustin Saunders joined Kellogg in 2016 as the assistant director of admissions for the Executive MBA program. He became the associate director of admissions in 2018 and director of Executive MBA admissions in 2019. In his new role, he oversees the admissions teams, operations, and overall strategy for the working professionals’ programs across the Chicago, Evanston and Miami campuses.
