Increasingly, business schools are adding technology courses to their programs as more graduates enter a workforce that is hungry for leaders who can communicate between data scientists and managers. NYU Stern has created the 12-month Andre Koo Technology and Entrepreneurship MBA in response to the need, and at Columbia Business School almost half of the second-year class is taking Introduction to Programming Using Python and/or Business Analytics.
